Breaking it down, plain and simple
A lovely accommodation with very comfortable beds. The breakfast options are excellent, with everything from pancakes to handmade quesadillas. The staff is attentive, contributing to a pleasant stay, though service can be a bit slow at times. Despite being a bit outside the city, access is easy and convenient.

The hotel boasts modern decor and some of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in, perfect for recovery after a rough patch. The restaurant needed improvement, and it felt a bit far from downtown. Small water bottles and immediate payment at the bar were minor inconveniences.

ideal starting point for exploring merida's vibrant parks and landmarks
I loved how close we were to the beautiful Monumento a la Patria, just a short walk away, and the fresh, made-to-order pancakes at breakfast were the perfect way to start each day of our adventure. Although the staff could improve on their English language skills, the hotel still offered a comfortable stay in a spacious room with modern amenities.

The beds were incredibly comfy, which was just what we needed while recovering from food poisoning. We enjoyed unwinding by the rooftop pool and the sun terrace, which offered a lovely spot to chill. We did have a bit of trouble getting hot water for tea at first, but the staff were super helpful in sorting it out. 😊

We stayed at this hotel for a week, and loved every moment. the staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel like royalty. the exclusive amenities included a heated outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and beach umbrellas, perfect for relaxing in, between sightseeing. the rooftop pool and sun terrace were a real highlight, with stunning views of the city. We enjoyed delicious in, room breakfast and spent evenings at the poolside snack bar. the room was spacious and clean, with all the exclusive comforts we needed.
The only minor issue we encountered was during check, in, where we waited longer than expected due to staff issues. the luxurious experience more than made up for it.

the food in the area left a lot to be desired, but there were plenty of options to choose from. it was an okay experience, but the negatives outweighed the positives.
